• This skill has great synergy with Vicious Attack and Keen Arrow or any other abilities benefiting from a "critical hit."
• Because minions count as allies, this skill works great along with a minion master, as all minions gain a greater chance to get a critical hit.
• The bonus only applies for the first strike of multiple-hit skills such as Barrage and Cyclone Axe.
• Although the skill suggests it affects the same people as Anthem of Envy, it seems to only affect allies in the party window. This would exclude, for example, people in the separate party in Vizunah Square, whereas Anthem of Envy includes them.

• This skill may be a reference the cult classic movie Clash of the Titans where Perseus tells Bubo to "go for the eye!"
• This skill may be a reference to the barbarian Minsc from the Baldur's Gate PC game. He often shouts "Go for the eyes, Boo, go for the eyes!" to his "miniature giant space hamster" Boo.
• The icon for this skill is very similar to the icon for the Paragon skill "Help Me!".
