Bloodtaint Dryders indeed live up to their name, as all of their skills around the blood line. They will typically drain the life from your party as well as spreading it around with their fellow dryders. The good part is that you'll have to be a very bad player to be killed by these guys, the bad side is the dryders that accompany them are not so weak.
