• Halves casting time of spells (Chance: 10%)

This item's stats can be partially replicated with:

• A Healing Rod from weaponsmith Hadusi in Kodonur Crossroads
  • A perfect "Don't Think Twice" weapon inscription.
  • A perfect Wand Wrapping of Memory.

The differences will be this rod will require 9 Healing Prayers instead of Divine Favor and deal Holy Damage instead of Fire Damage.
