However, the nearest Collector counterpart of this staff would be:

• a perfect Hale Staff Head
• a perfect Staff Wrapping of Fortitude, and
• a Holy Staff obtained from:
  • Collector Mag Ironwall in Witman's Folly

The resulting staff will have 20% HSR of all spells mod rather than the Reduces Bleeding duration on you by 20% one.
