Candy Cane Wand

Candy Cane Wand was introduced with the Wintersday 2005 update. It could be obtained from Candysmiths for four Candy Cane Shards. In Wintersday 2006 the price was change to 9 Candy Cane Shards. It does not have any requirement and always has min. and max. damage of 10. They do not provide any energy or skill recharge bonus.
