Duke Barradin is a member of Ascalon's nobility. Being a member of the royal family made him subject to many rumors prior to the Searing about his loyalty to King Adelbern, who ousted them from power by popular demand.

Duke Barradin is a profession trainer for warriors, specializing in hammers.
