• This skill is always active.
• Damage from skills such as Backfire, Spoil Victor, Pain Inverter and Spiteful Spirit are reflected even though the damage or life loss is not caused directly by the player.

Anomaly! This skill states that it inflicts 100% of the damage inflicted upon Duncan on the source of the damage. However, it has actually been observed to inflict 75% to 200% of the damage dealt to him.
