The Hand of the Forgotten is one of the Forgotten items, a unique ("green") endgame reward item for the Nightfall campaign. It can be obtained from the Keeper of the Scythe in exchange for a Book of Secrets.

• Slashing damage: 9-41 (req. 9 Scythe Mastery)
• Damage +15% (while Health is above 50%)
• Armor penetration +20% (Chance: 20%)
• Health +30

The stats of this weapon can be fully replicated, including its skin, with the following:

• a max req. 9 Grim Scythe that is inscribable
• a perfect "Strength and Honor" inscription
• a perfect Sundering Scythe Snathe
• a perfect Scythe Grip of Fortitude
• a black dye

• Due to the sundering prefix, this scythe is generally more sought after than the other endgame scythes, and thus can be sold for more money.
