The Hatchet is an axe with a wooden shaft and a simple metal blade.

This is a Prophecies campaign item.

Dyeing a Hatchet changes the shaft to the color of the dye, though the original "wooden" color may interfere with some dye colors. The axe blade changes very little, if at all.
