- When using Healing Signet in PvP, make sure you cancel Frenzy with another stance such as Sprint or Rush if you're in danger of being hit. This prevents you from taking up to quadruple damage.
- -40 armor means taking double damage from skills that deal damage that does not ignore armor.
- Do not use this skill while under heavy attack, as the extra damage taken may outweigh the health gained.
