[edit] Notes

  • This skill was available only in the Snowball Fights during Wintersday 2005, 2006, and 2007.
  • Although the description says "ends if you move" it only ends if you move from the inside of the graphical area of your snow fort.
  • You cannot re-enter the ice fort if you leave it by accident; doing so will cause it to crumble.
  • This skill prevents all direct damage, reducing it to 0, and you are not affected by conditions added by projectiles. Damage reduced to 0 still counts as damage for the purposes of Snow Down the Shirt, it is currently not known if it counts as damage for the Dazed condition. Also, life stealing (such as from Avatar of Grenth) is not prevented.
  • Ice Fort will prevent the knockdown effect of Hidden Rock and Mega Snowball, but characters who would have been knocked down will still drop any bundles they were carrying.
  • Ice Fort will prevent knockdowns caused by Ice Breaker.
  • Ice Fort will prevent damage from Holiday Blues, but will not prevent the -15 Health degeneration.
  • Ice Fort does not prevent hexes.
  • Side Step will not end Ice Fort.
  • Ice Fort will not protect against Avalanche.
  • Projectiles that hit a target protected by both Ice Fort and Ice Breaker will trigger the knockdown effect of Ice Breaker.
  • Weapon upgrades that increase enchantment duration will cause Ice Fort to last longer, but the ice fort graphic around you will still disappear after 10 seconds.
