• From Edwin in Eye of the North for
  • 1 Skill Point, 25 Wood, 25 Fiber, and 250 gold.
• From Alcus Nailbiter in Central Transfer Chamber in exchange for:
  • 1 Skill Point, 25 Wood, 25 Fiber, and 250 gold.
• From Kerrsh in Tarnished Haven as reward for completing the The Cipher of Kormir quest.

• This item has no sell value to merchants but can be salvaged for Plant Fibers.
• Must be a Slayer of Nightmares (rank 3) to speak to Eyja.
• Must be Not Too Clumsy (rank 3) to speak to Kwat.
• Must be a Stealth Agent (rank 3) to speak to Edwin.
• Must be a Gutsy Delver (rank 3) to speak with Alcus Nailbiter.
• Useful primarily for "trading" skill points with other characters on your account or other players.
