Good thing the Description has been fixed , however i personally think this skill isnt worth it and the only good thing about it is that anny proffesion is able to use it. The cost is 10 , the range is adjacent to the targetted foe and the recharge is 12 , a Necromancer would already have allot of better skills , Enfeeble or Enfeebling Blood. - Enfeeble costs less and the recharge is quick however of course it only affects one target , Enfeebling blood has a range of anny nearby foe to the targetted foe and the recharge is also verry short at the cost of 10% health and 10 energy. - All i'm really saying is that other classes have skills that are more suitable , easier or more efficient.-- Oremir 20:32, 25 August 2007 (CDT)

Yeah, but unlike enfeeble + epidemic (wich is also adjacent range) or enfeebling blood.... This is...

1. A shout, therefore instant cast time, and can allow weakness 100% of the time without any attribute investment or heavy weapons. 2. Can work via paragons to cost 10..4..2..0 energy (since it effects foes if there are 10 foes effected and you had 20 leadership via blessings, grail, ect. it would cost 0 energy. 3. Phail. Leadership only affects Ally targetting Shouts. But then again, they have infinite energy >.> Enfeebling blood stays superior, imo. I have that on my E/Mo Vekk (If you don't get it, don't bother) , and he manages to catch nice bundles from time to time. --- -- (s)talkpage 18:07, 15 February 2008 (UTC)

I took my male character to see olrun, and she did not have this quest for me. Is there a prerequisite or requirement quest, to get it ?

You need to have done A Gate Too Far, then complete The Great Norn Alemoot and any subsequent quests, up until Prenuptial (sp?) Disagreement pops up. --- -- (s)talkpage 15:07, 2 September 2008 (UTC)
