For a pure Illusion version of the Conjure Phantasm, Phantom Pain, and Shatter Delusion combo, you can use instead Conjure Phantasm, Images of Remorse, and Accumulated Pain. I prefer this over the older combo due to keeping up a higher rate of HP Degen as well as still giving Deep Wound status. Not to mention, that if you have the energy, you can keep casting Conjure Phantasm and Images of Remorse on more opponents due to their 5 second recast timers. With 14 Illusion, you do 89 direct damage, -9 hp degen, and 19 seconds of deep wound.

Doesn't the deep wound article state that degeneration effects do damage over time as if the 20% health reduction didn't exist?

[edit] No more stealth deep wounds
I removed the note about discreetly adding a deep wound without the visual indicator, deep wounds now show up very clearly as a grey section on the healthbar, good luck hiding that. --Heurist 06:44, 20 April 2007 (CDT)
