[edit] Opening up outposts.

This has happened to me, but it has happened when I created a new character and entered Kamadan for the first time. Cool thing is that it revealed the whole place so I didn't have to walk around. The thing is I cant remeber if it counted for cartography title. Keirou 22:07, 19 December 2007 (UTC)
