[edit] Getting there

My Factions assassin couldn't travel there until something happened. I think it was before Vizunah Square that I couldn't get there, but I can now, being between Closer to the Stars and Nahpui Quarter (mission)

You have to actually have reached the port (Kaineng Center, in your case) with your PvE character before you can travel. --◄mendel► 09:34, 29 July 2008 (UTC)
