Trick-Or-Treat Bag (sometimes abbreviated ToT bag ingame) is an item made available during the Halloween 2007 and Halloween 2008 special event. It is dropped by monsters randomly during the event. Mad King Thorn provides more when he arrives in Lion's Arch and Kamadan throughout the celebration.
Similar to a Wintersday Gift, when double-clicked, the Trick-Or-Treat Bag becomes one of several items.
These are also given as a reward from the Costume Brawl Minigame.
