- The skill name comes from a phrase which entered circulation as part of Richard Nixon's "silent majority" speech.
- The name of this spell is a reference to Alex Weekes' forum post on Guild-hall.net where he addressed the PvP community as a Vocal Minority.
- The icon resembles a scene in The Matrix.
