Yeti
From GuildWiki
Yeti are giant-folk who dwell in the hills and mountains of Cantha. Like the controversial Yeti of the real world, these creatures resemble a large bi-ped mix between humans and apes, with hair covering their entire bodies like apes but with the upright posture of humans.
Yeti can interact with humans and can speak broken english, although these opportunaties are very rare. A great majority of the yeti will attack humans at first sight.
The exact reason why the Yeti hates the Tengu and Human is unknown. In the Tengu case, the most probable reason is their fight over fresh meat. Since both prefer fresh meat, it is possible that they often run into each other over the limited resources, and eventually this conflict leads to deep hatred for the other side. In the human case, it is possible that Yeti used to, or still do, eat humans when they have the opportunity. Another possible reason is that Yetis became enemies of humans after the humans allied with the Angchu Tengu. It is possible that, in some of the conflicts between the Angchu Tengu and the Yetis, humans helped the Tengu side.
These are the types of Yeti on Shing Jea Island.
