The Zaishen Medallion collectable item was awarded to those succeeding in PvP during the Guild Wars Nightfall PvP Preview Event. The Zaishen Supply Masters in the Great Temple of Balthazar accepted them in exchange for other items.
- 50 Medallions could be exchanged for a Flame of Balthazar.
- 30 Medallions could be exchanged for either Crème Brûlée or a Flask of Firewater.
- 10 Flames of Balthazar could be exchanged for a Celestial Sigil.

You received 5 Medallions for winning, an additional Medallion for a flawless victory, and 5 additional Medallions for each 5 consecutive wins.
[edit] Heroes' Ascent
You received 15-25 Medallions for winning and an additional 5 Medallions for a flawless victory.
[edit] Guild versus Guild
You received 20 Medallions for winning and an additional 5 Medallions for a flawless victory. Higher rated matches awarded 25 Medallions for winning, and 7 for flawless. Even higher Rated matches gave 30 Medallions for winning, and 9 for flawless.
